Returns and Exchanges
No refund accepted on sale or promotional items. Refund accepted when you have had an adverse skin reaction. Must obtain prior return authorization within 30 days of purchase date. Must return in its original product packaging with all parts, printed materials, and any promotional items included. Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund.
Multiple return requests for the same products are subject to review and we reserve the right to deny multiple refunds on same products returned more than once.
Return shipping costs is at your expense and it must have tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit. 20% re-stocking fee on all returned items.
